Refund policy

At OPT, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer the following options:

Returns

• You may return your shirt within 30 days of purchase.

• A full refund of the shirt value will be issued, excluding delivery fees (1.750 KWD).

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• We offer a one-time size exchange within 30 days of purchase.

• Exchange is subject to product availability in the requested size.

• Additional delivery fees may apply for the exchange shipment.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
